Welcome! As members of Wolverley and District Driving Club, we have established this web site to inform each other what we have been up to and also to give an insight to our enthusiasm for this great sport to anyone not at present involved in the Carriage Driving world. You will be able to read about the history and aims of our club (About Us), about our Calendar of events, both past and forthcoming, and about those who achieved some success in competitions (Results). From time to time, we shall also include information and comment on other activities in the driving world (Notice board). If you find this interesting and may consider joining us, look at ‘Members’ or contact our secretary, who will suggest a suitable event for you to come along and observe. We welcome those without horses as there is always plenty to do! Back numbers of the Newsletter, which is published quarterly (on average!) to all our members, also appear on the website. We are affiliated to the British Driving Society and the British Horse Driving Trials Association and liase closely with both governing bodies to provide up to date information for our members. You will find links from this web site to both organisations. STOP PRESS Entries for the Wyre Forest Drive on 19th May should now be sent to Sandy Blakeway-Smith. Come and enjoy a drive along the forest tracks and meet up with everyone again. Newcomers are welcome to see the variety of turnouts that usually take part.
